Fantastic to see the community coach education department role out the revised modular approach again for 2023. More than 126 coach engagements occurred between January and March this year.
Jake Stephenson, NSFA Coach Development Manager applauded the attendees, saying “it was great to see over 120 coach engagements occur in lead up to the 2023 winter season, supporting many community coaches and clubs”.
The network of 14 NSFA coach developers supported the rollout, with Jake reflecting “this delivery module provided a welcome challenge to the NSFA coach education team, and was a chance for new and existing staff to continue to grow as educators and facilitators”
Coaches have been through Block 1 > Block 2 > Block 3 process to finalise their Skill and Game Training Certificates.
