Foundation of Football Coaching Course

We’re delighted to announce that NSFA will be delivering the new Football Australia Foundation of Football Coaching Course, which is a pre-requisite for the new Football Australia C-Diploma Coaching Course.

The cost of the Foundation of Football course by Football Australia is $100 per person, and NSFA are excited to announce that if you are a coach from within the NSFA region we are subsiding 50% of the course fee for you direct as our continued focus to invest in coach development opportunities for all.

Course Description:

1. Aimed at volunteer parents and coaches working with advanced beginner to competent level players or players aged up to approximately fifteen (15) years old.
2. This course is a prerequisite for the C Diploma.
3. You will participate in practical sessions covering the basics of techniques as well as learning about basic playing principles of the game. The course is mostly practical and not graded, allowing the student to participate in the training sessions if they so choose. The course also promotes participating in group discussions with the goal of exchanging experiences.
