Have you ever wanted to try football but didn’t know where to start?
Our Women’s Social Football Program is designed for women aged 18+ who are new to the game or haven’t played in years. Whether you have never kicked a ball or just want to brush up on the basics, this program offers a welcoming, inclusive environment where you can learn, and have fun without the pressure of competition.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- A smaller version of the game for easy learning and more touches on the ball.
- No scores, no stress – just skills and social connection.
- Friendly sessions run by our experienced XLR8 coaches.
- A focus on fundamentals, fun and fitness.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Location: Montview Oval, Kookaburra Road, Hornsby Heights
Start Date: June 7 (10-week program. No session July 12)
Time: 2:30PM to 4:00PM
Program Cost: $100 includes (includes playing jersey).
Female Football Week 2025!
Female Football Week is a nationwide initiative to celebrate the immense growth of women’s football at all levels of the game and acknowledge and promote the important role women play in developing football.
2025 Female Football Week will take place from Friday, 2nd May to Sunday, 11th May 2025.
The objective of Female Football Week is to drive female participation at all levels of the game:
