The Female Coach Mentoring Program is open to all female coaches from throughout the NSFA region, regardless of age, ambition or experience in coaching.
The FCMP is an initiative that provide participants a variety of unique opportunities to help progress their personal and football coaching development. This will be achieved through a series of workshops, on-the-ground mentoring opportunities, and exclusive presentations.
The aim of the program is to attract, retain and develop female coaches through an inclusive supporting network. This supports our strategic goal of increasing female coach representation within NSFA to 25% by 2023.
FCMP participants will be mentored by Kristi Murphy (Pictured top of page, left of image NSFA Female Football Development Officer), along with exposure to the wider NSFA Coach Development team and Northern Tigers FC coaching staff.
Our FCMP is a flexible program that does not have a required time commitment as we understand that all coaches have different time constraints and commitments. Therefore, you decide what development opportunities to attend while being part of a supportive network of female coaches.
If you have any questions regarding either of the program please contact Kristi Murphy – femalefootball@nsfa.asn.au.
