  • Kristi Murphy – XLR8
  • Lizzie Ramsay – Lindfield
  • Lorin Lambert – NSFA
  • Maddy Jelbart – West Pymble
  • Melanie Hirunsook – Northbridge
  • Saoirse Cobbe – Northern Tigers

NSFA aims to support female leaders to achieve their goals and step into roles such as Premier League Coach, Diamond League Head Coach, Club Coaching Coordinator, Technical Director as well as support our What’s Best For Her Goal of 25% female coach representation by 2023.

The Accelerated FCMP will be led by Eilidh Mackay, NSFA’s Head of Female Football.

“These nine coaches are ideally placed to take the next step in their coaching journeys after building their experience in coaching across community, development and respresentative spaces,” Mackay said.

“I look forward to helping each successful candidate achieve their goals and continue the growth of female football leaders within our association.”

Additionally, NSFA runs a Flexible Female Coach Mentoring Program, where females join a network and are provided development opportunities that are optional to attend based on their needs and commitments.
