Coach Development Initiatives planned over the off-season that are on-going and active:

1. FNSW X NSFA CPD Event – 26^th August 2024 – Warren Grieve will be delivering the CPD event at Charles Bean

How to Apply: Interested applicants should review the eligibility criteria and submit their applications by Friday, 20th September 2024. Read the NSFA Coaching Scholarship Application Information 2024 and attached booklet for more information.

3. NSFA Foundation of Football – Course 5 – David Neale, Luke Harris and Brendon Dalton will be delivering this course – for enquiries please contact – admin@nsfa.asn.au

• Before registering for a course, you must sign up on PlayFootball as a coach first:

• Sign Up as a coach on PlayFootball and link with the club you are coaching with for 2024 – https://www.playfootball.com.au/club-registration-search

• Note – Participants/Learners are now required to have had an ACTIVE registration (2023 or 2024) as either a referee or a coach to gain access. If a participant/learner has not yet registered for the 2024 season or is not coaching, we have established new learner clubs which should be utilised to facilitate course registrations –https://www.playfootball.com.au/coach.

The cost of the Foundation of Football course is $100 per person, and NSFA are excited to announce that if you are a coach from within the NSFA region we are subsiding 50% of the course fee. This aligns with our continued focus to invest in coach development opportunities for all. The 50% discount will be refunded to you after your accreditation is complete.

4. NSFA x FNSW C-Diploma Course #2 – 2024

The registrations for this course will be on a first come first serve basis.

Please also note that coaches cannot register for the C-Diploma unless they have completed their Foundation of Football Course (including the online modules).
