2022 Annual General Meeting Results

NSFA can confirm the election of three Directors and a Treasurer to the NSFA Board following the 2022 Annual General Meeting at Club Turramurra (Turramurra Bowling Club) on Monday, December 5th.

Hilary Bingham, Simon Cox, Luke Dawson and Lee Sullivan (Treasurer) were re-elected to their positions and join Mick Da Silva, Jacinta Martin, Dr Ian Plant and Dimitrios Gongolidis on the Board for the upcoming year.

Edwina Robinson and Chris Hemming became the 45th and 46th Life Members of NSFA following a vote from the members.

Edwina Robinson has been a long-serving memeber of the NSFA Protests, Disputes & Disciplinary Committee (PD&DC) from 2004 to present, serving as chief minute taker as well as acting chair for a significant portion of her 19 years of service. She has made further contributions to the NSFA/KDSA within the Junior Football Committee, Summer Football and History Project initiatives. Edwina is still regularly involved with Old Barker Football Club and has also served as a volunteer committee member for clubs Hornsby Heights and Clarke Road.

Chris Hemming has also served the NSFA through the PD&DC for a period of 15 years, volunteering many late nights during the season to assist in weekly meetings. Chris was a founding member of Asquith FC (then Asquith Soccer Club) in 1967, and over the subsequent 55 years has devoted himself to the club across a number of roles in the committee and as a player and coach, being recognised as a Life Member of the Club in 1987.

Congratulations to both Edwina and Chris!
