Applications for the 2018 NSFA Coaching Scholarship close this Friday, August 3rd.
Last year’s recipients (pictured left to right), Tim Fuller (Gordon), Troy Sheather (Hornsby Heights), Emily Brown (Lindfield) and Hannah McNulty (NSFA/Northern Tigers) all completed their FFA C Licence under the guidance of NSFA Technical Director Jason Eagar in October and are providing great contributions to the NSFA community this season.
The coaching scholarships awarded are an integral investment to improving the football experience of all our members. Through the upskilling and support provided to the scholarship winners we are seeking to share and grow the amount of football educated people involved in our game at the grassroots level.
Ed Ferguson, NSFA Community Football Manager
Each successful candidate will receive the following investment to kick start their first step into the advanced coach education pathway set out by FFA.
- Fee covered for FFA Advanced C-Licence Youth course ($1,155)
- Ongoing support from NSFA Technical Director & NSFA Community Football Manager
Each scholarship winner will also be upskilled to become an FFA MiniRoos certificate presenter, growing NSFA’s coach developer network and once again, extending the football educated community to new heights.
