Drew Taylor is a dedicated advocate for personal growth, employing a research-based approach to youth development and coach education. With extensive experience in various roles from grassroots to elite football, including Player Development Manager and Technical Director, Drew holds an FFA/AFC ‘A’ Licence and a Masters of Education (Coaching). His expertise spans decision-making in elite youth footballers, grounded in a background in Secondary Education.

Ian Crook, boasting 450 games in the English top flight, including stints at Tottenham and Norwich City, has left an indelible mark on football. His coaching journey encompasses success at Newcastle and Sydney FC, winning league titles and the inaugural A-League. Additionally, as Youth TD at Western Sydney Wanderers, he achieved triumphs, including an Asian Champions League victory during his tenure as Assistant Coach.

Tom Sermanni’s illustrious career spans playing, coaching, and mentoring at the highest levels. From representing Scotland Schoolboys to coaching in the Australian National Soccer League and J-League, Tom’s journey is extraordinary. Internationally, he coached the Matildas for over a decade, achieving milestones such as leading them to their first FIFA Women’s World Cup in 1995 and winning the Asian Cup in 2010. Currently, Tom holds pivotal roles, including Head of Women’s Football at WSW and contributing to FIFA as a Coach Mentor and Technical Study Group member.
