Summer Football Ground Controller
NSFA are looking to appoint Ground Controllers to manage the 2023 Summer Football Competitions at NTRA, Gore Hill and Mills Park. The Ground Controllers will primarily be responsible for setting up & overseeing the Summer Football competition as well as being the point of contact for team managers/parents and players throughout the evening.

NSFA are looking for Ground Controllers on the following Days at the following venues:

Roles & Responsibilities are as follows:
16:00 – 17:00
- Setup modified playing fields using bownet goals and cones (except for Mills Park)
- Ensure that change rooms and toilets are open and accessible
- Setup sign-in desk for team managers with Competition schedule and match cards
- Setup field map sign
17:00 – 21:00
- Be point of contact for team managers, players, officials and spectators
- Ensure that referees have arrived and are allocated to the correct field
- Observe player & spectator behaviour and make reports of anything inappropriate
- Assist with refereeing duties in the event of referee no-shows
- Support members to find their field of play
- Ensure that referees record scores post-match
21:00 – 22:00
- Pack up playing fields
- Place equipment in storage sheds and lock facilities
- Report any issues to NSFA
