Terms and Conditions
- The Win a Signed Sydney FC W-League Match Ball Competition is conducted by Beyond Bank Australia Ltd (ABN 15 087 651 143, AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 237856), 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
- Entry is open to participants who open a Community Reward Account with Northern Suburbs Football Association as the linked community partner and scan the QR code linked to the Community Reward Account opening on the Beyond Bank website. Persons under 18 will require a parent or guardian to enter on their behalf.
- Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, or their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.
- A maximum of one entry per person will be accepted per participant.
- The Competition commences at 4:00pm (AEST) on Friday 3 May 2024 and closes at 8:00pm (AEST) on Sunday 26 May 2024.
- The Competition consists of one signed match ball by W-League Sydney FC. The total value of the prizes is $150.
- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- The winner shall be drawn at random 2024 at 11:00 am on Thursday 30 May 2024 at Beyond Bank Australia, 2, Shop 7/4 Dawn Fraser Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW.
- The winner will be notified by phone within 3 business days of the draw.
- The prize is to be collected at Beyond Bank Australia, 2, Shop 7/4 Dawn Fraser Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW. The prize can be delivered to the winner’s address on request.
- If the prize remains unclaimed by Thursday 13 June 2024, it will be redrawn. The redraw will be conducted on Friday 14 June 2024 at the same time and place as the initial draw. The winner from the redraw will be notified by phone within 3 business of the draw.
- If any prize is not available due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter shall be at liberty in its discretion to substitute the prize with another similar prize of equivalent monetary value.
- The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. - Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
