XLR8 is the player development arm of Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA) with the vision to strengthen grassroots football by providing all community players with the opportunity to access high quality coaching and player development opportunities. In doing so, XLR8 will strengthen the technical foundation for all players within NSFA and raise the quality of football and player engagement with the world game.
In 2018 XLR8 has EIGHT partner clubs in NSFA, providing weekly player development programs such as team training, football school, goalkeeper academy and our collaborative program.
All players throughout the association however can attend the following programs to gain extra football training by professional coaches.

XLR8 Gala Days
Across Australia, and the world, a highlight of the football calendar is the end of season gala day.
A day where players compete in a series of games, amongst their friends and the world revolves around the round ball game.
